Happy Mailbox Monday everyone. This was another busy weekend and I have to give a shout out to my son who took first place in forms in his Karate tournament this weekend. Mailbox Monday is a meme started by Marcia at A Girl and Her Books and is hosted in April by Cindy at Cindy’s Love of Books.
A light physical book week, though I did make out pretty well on my Nook.
In my mailbox:
Blood, Bones, & Butter by Gabrielle Hamilton from Random House
The Divorce of Henry VIII by Catherine Fletcher from Palgrave MacMillan
And for my Nook from Edelweiss:
My Last Empress by Da Chen
The Drowning House by Elizabeth Black
My Brilliant Friend by Elena Ferrenta
Charlotte Markham and the House of Darkling by Michael Boccacino
From NetGalley:
John Saturnall’s Feast by Lawrence Norfolk
The Maid and the Queen by Nancy Goldstone
And from Barnes & Noble Free Friday:
The Devil’s Cradle by Sylvia Noble
The Stolen Crown by Susan Higginbotham
See what I mean? My Nook got so much heavier last week. What new books came your way last week?

Yay for your son! It looks like you’ve got plenty of reading to keep you busy! Blood, Bones & Butter looks really good to me!
My sister bought me three books for making fabric postcards. The one about Henry VIII looks most promising
I got a few of these titles through Edelweiss and they do sound awesome. I love that website –enjoy
I just started using Edelweiss and I’ve been really enjoying it. I hope you enjoy all your new books, I’ll be looking forward to your reviews.
The Divorce Of Henry V111 looks good, enjoy your reading week.

Yes, I got some Ebooks too but didn’t have the strength to upload them this week since I had a heavier-than-normal physical mailbox. (Try saying that to someone who is not a book blogger and you’d get a strange stare!)
My mailbox is here.
Thanks so much for linking to the IMM post. I loved coming to your blog to see what you got and this week you got some amazing books. Enjoy
I’ll have to check out Edelweiss! Looks like your Nook was very happy this week! Enjoy!
My Mailbox Monday
That’s an eclectic selection of books! Can’t wait to see what you think of all of them!
